"Heads up, everybody! One of the best food trucks in the Hartford area, no doubt, but Brasato is so much more! We recently hired Michael and the Brasato crew to cater our daughter's wedding for 160+ guests under a tent at the White Memorial Conservation Center in Litchfield. Everything about the experience was top of the line and conducted flawlessly. They provided dinnerware, cutlery, a multitude of passed appetizers, a gorgeous charcuterie and cheese table, set the tables beautifully for the meal, kept their extensive buffet fully stocked (no waiting for any of the platters to be refilled), bussed tables continuously, served our desserts (though we had purchased them elsewhere), and kept the service and dining areas perfectly clean and orderly throughout the meal. The menu offerings were wide and varied and the quality of the food was absolutely excellent. There are too many items to be addressed fully here, but the standouts were all the appetizers, the salads, the fig balsamic skirt steak, the eggplant rollatini, and the grilled salmon. This was 3 weeks ago and we're still hearing about the "amazing food" from friends and family. It's hard to believe that such a professionally presented and high quality HUGE meal could originate from the kitchen in that truck, but it's true! Without any reservation, I would definitely recommend hiring Brasato to cater your next event. You won't regret it." - Ron
