Brasato - a dish of braised beef. The Italian word brasato comes from brace, meaning “hot coals”, as a heavy pot containing the braise would be buried in glowing coals where the meat would cook for hours.
Brasato was established in 2016 as a full service off premise caterer featuring authentic Italian cuisine. We are committed to combining excellent service with a unique & handcrafted menu. We service all of Connecticut & parts of Rhode Island & Massachusetts.
